Q: Where do you get your musical inspiration?
A: In short the period from the 50's through to the late 70's. Inspired by 'Boogaloo' Joe Jones, the psychedelic jazz guitarist who signed for Prestige Records in 1967 who inturn was influenced by 'Wes Montgomery'. Another big name for us is Johnny Smith who although peaking in 1952 with 'Moonlight in Vermont' continues to influence the sound of the jazz guitar today.
